There's a Process to Produce Profitable Growth?
Absolutely! It’s called the Business Development Process, and it’s Parker’s proprietary program designed to produce long-term organic growth for the company.
Consisting of Winmap (research and market analysis), Winovation (product development) and Winvalue (sales), the collaborative and seamless three-part process helps identify, create, and sell best value by addressing unmet customer needs.
Our contribution? Spreading the word, on all different levels!

To introduce the Business Development Process, we created a big-picture, low cost DVD. We also developed a pocket-sized brochure with easy-to-follow charts, and an in-depth PowerPoint detailing steps, stages and gates. (As always, click on images to see them larger.)

Then we created a teaser program and a launch package to deliver the message. We used a simple postcard to spark the interest of employees, followed shortly thereafter by an e-blast. The launch package was a carrier piece housing the DVD, brochure and PowerPoint printout.
Finally, we crafted two different management letters and designed the look of the Business Development Page on the Parker intranet.
The challenging part? Making sure every facet of the communications program presented a consistent look and uniform messaging despite being developed one piece at a time.
