Brasscraft Manufacturing had created an innovative new system for water supply connections that would add both simplicity and reliability to plumbing, but feared plumbers wouldn't understand it or try it.

here's what we did:
• created a name and logo that reinforced leak-free connection
• in a small space ad campaign, focused on ease of use, speed of installation, and reliable,
  leak-free connection
• educated contractors with an in-depth brochure that included contractor testimonials
• armed the sales staff with a product demonstrator kit
• used PR in the trade press

results:
• campaign: 993 leads in 13 months
• kit: reordered 3 times
• trade show launches: well received
